MA-260 is a one-component, water-based acrylic sealer ideal for cleanrooms and data centers subfloor that offers excellent resistance to water blushing without the objectionable solvent odors associated with solvent based sealers. MA-260 has a fast set time and good stain resistance. Unlike garage floor sealers, MA-260 is recommended for sealing concrete or cement in the plenum space.  Data center subfloor coatings use water based sealers to protect concrete while providing a high gloss finish. Do not use concrete sealers in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas.
