What we do best
We provide heavy duty 24 x 24 high flow raised floor tiles from a variety of panel manufacturers. Most of our access floor tiles are manufactured and distributed in the U.S.
DCFT offers high-quality, heavy-duty 24″ x 24″ high-flow raised floor tiles from a range of trusted panel manufacturers. Designed for optimal airflow and durability, our access floor tiles are ideal for data centers, ensuring efficient cooling and load-bearing performance. Most of our tiles are proudly manufactured and distributed in the U.S., meeting industry standards for reliability and longevity. Whether you need new installations or replacements, we provide solutions that enhance airflow management and structural integrity in mission-critical environments. Raised access flooring offers versatile floor options designed to support high-density environments efficiently.
Standard or Directional?
Standard panels release airflow straight upwards. Directional airflow panels allow data center managers to target racks & servers directly towards hot-spot areas.
Up until recently, the industry standard for high flow perforated raised floor tiles had been non-directional airflow panels. These perforated floor tile panels simply allowed cooled under-air to flow upwards from below the floor. On-site results have shown the presence of hotspots in data centers. To address these hotspots, directional flow perforated steel floor tile panels have become the norm in sophisticated data center installations. Compatible with both bypass air and air recirculation air conditioners. Infinity panels feature the retracting easy lift handle for quick & easy removal.
Steel or Aluminum High Flow Floor Tiles
High flow floor tile materials are typically produced in two forms, steel and aluminum. Each variety has their own sets of advantages and access flooring application. Steel panels tend to support a high load bearing requirements. This could be important in seismic installations or data centers with heavy loads traversing over the floor. Aluminum panels are typically lightweight and are ideal for areas where panels are often removed and replaced to access accessories underneath the floor. All perforated floor tiles have a reinforced top surface and are strong enough to withstand foot traffic and light equipment. White powder coating is standard, for additional information about custom access floor system color floor coverings please contact us.

Can too much cool air being delivered to equipment be a bad thing? In some cases the answer is yes. While 55 and 66 open area percent flow are the standard, the data center environment is all about achieving a neutral temperature where your equipment can run efficiently. Our goal is for energy to be consumed responsibly. Delivering too much cool air to a particular hotspot causes negative consequences for equipment as well as the added amount of extra energy being consumed. Achieving a balance using the correct cold air flow percentages is the right way to go. Alternatively, adjustable high flow tiles are easy to install and allow you to tweak your setup for optimal results by using dampers. Virtually every access floor system can benefit from a 24 x 24 perforated steel floor panel.
