Fully Programmable for Advanced Control of All Low Voltage Fans

The Advanced System Controller (TC-ASC) is a fully programmable thermostat that is ideal for controlling cooling units within an AV system. The TC-ASC comes complete with everything you need to control your cooling system including a temperature sensor, fan power cable, and a power supply. Additional fan power cables required for multiple fan units – see related items. The TC-ASC is for low voltage fans (12V DC) and automatically turns fans on and off and varies the speed of the fans based on temperature.  For more advanced, specialized applications this unit also features a low voltage trigger for on and off control as well as contact closures that act in conjunction with advanced alarm features.

In addition to turning the fans on and off automatically, this unit features variable fan speed based on temperature.  Not only does the TC-ASC provide the ability to program the on/off point, but also the set point where the fans will run at 100%.  What this really does is controls how quickly the fans ramp up and can help keep the fans quiet.  Fan speed can be set to ‘Auto’ for variable fan speed based on temperature or choose a fixed speed option – low, medium or high.  The alarm features an audible alarm which can be disabled.  There are also contact closures on alarm, both NO and NC so the unit can tie into control systems to provide a notification of the alarm.  The LED display can be switched to Fahrenheit or Celsius and provides a constant temperature read out and makes programming very simple.
