24×24 Airflow panels, refurbished custom solid panels and new 24×24 panels and understructure systems are non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm proper fitment within their system before placing an order. Once an order is submitted and paid, it is assumed that the customer has verified fitment. No returns will be accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of shipping damage.
If the panels arrive damaged, the customer must refuse delivery and report the issue immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
