SB 435 is a gun grade, non-sag, moisture-curing sealant with excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction surfaces.

SB 435 is the ideal sealant for air plenums, especially for Access Floors. SB 435 is a single component product, formulated to fill or bridge large gaps between materials and that makes it an excellent choice for sealing voids and terminations within air plenums to improve air handling efficiency. SB 435 is extremely low in VOC’s and will contribute toward LEED EQ Credit 4.1 Low Emitting Materials: Adhesive and Sealants.
