The Drop Ceiling Grid Vent System is an easy to install high-performance server room exhaust fan and airflow solution.

The Ceiling Grid Vent System is engineered for efficient and continuous exhaust ventilation of server equipment rooms and closets. Designed to fit seamlessly into a standard 2×2 suspended ceiling grid ceiling tile space, this powerful unit features nine professional-grade 120mm DC exhaust fans that deliver up to 575 CFM of airflow—quietly and effectively.

Crafted from lightweight aluminum with a clean white enamel finish, the unit blends into any server room ceiling space. Its hinged grid face allows for easy access during cleaning or maintenance.

For suspended ceiling environments sensitive to noise, optional advanced temperature controllers (sold separately) are available to adjust fan speeds automatically or modify activation thresholds for optimal performance.

This package includes the complete Fan Housing, a 9-Fan Panel, and two Power Supplies—allowing separate power to each fan bank for redundancy and flexibility.

Temperature Controller Options

Basic Controller, Advanced LT Controller, Advanced System Controller, Advanced Ventilation Controller 110/220, Advanced Ventilation Controller 12V DC
DCFT-VS-CGVS-BSC

Basic Controllers
This option includes two Basic Controllers (TC-BSC), one set at 80°F and one at 90°F. These are on/off controllers meaning they turn the fans on at the set point and off approximately 2° or 3° below the set point.
DCFT-VS-CGVS-ALT

Advanced LT Controllers
This option includes an Advanced LT controller (TC-ALT-3FN) which is on/off, variable speed controller, and with this controller the fans are divided into 3 banks of fans and these banks are controlled with this unit. The controller independently turns the fans on at the set point and ramp up the speed of the fans as the temperature increases. The controller has 3 modes for 70°, 80°, 90°, 100°, and 110°. There is also an alarm at 115° or 125° and it can also be disabled.

Advanced System Controller
This option includes the Dual Advanced System Controller which is fully programmable and includes triggers, contact closures on alarm… Typically this unit would be installed with equipment or on a shelf (it is not wall mounted)

Advanced Ventilation Controller
This option includes the Advanced Ventilation Controller which is a high voltage controller and is used to control an outlet used to then power the Ceiling Grid System. This controller is on/off control with various other features.
