Advanced Ventilation Controller for Ceiling Grid Fan Tray

$175.00

The TC-AVC is a fully programmable high-voltage thermostat controller designed to manage ventilation fans in enclosures, closets, or ceiling vent systems. It features five relays: two programmable (fan and alarm) and three temperature-triggered (at set point, +6°F, and +15°F). Ideal for high-voltage inline duct fans (excluding EC models), it can also control low-voltage fans by switching a connected outlet.

This controller does not vary fan speed—fans operate in on/off mode based on user-defined temperature thresholds. It includes a backlit LCD display, built-in temperature sensor, and supports an optional 20-foot remote sensor for flexible placement. Wall-mountable and versatile, the TC-AVC is a reliable solution for multi-stage fan activation and system alarms.

Note: High voltage wiring—installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Installation Notes

Before installing this unit, it's important to plan how you intend to use it. Controlling a single fan or outlet is simple, but fully utilizing the relays requires some preplanning.

The unit includes a fan/cool relay triggered by a set temperature, plus two additional relays that respond to that setting. The alarm works similarly, with an extra relay tied to the alarm set point—but these relays can be used for anything, such as running a second fan.

Note: This is a high-voltage unit and must be installed according to local electrical codes.
